I generally don’t write about other people’s cooking, but this is kind of an exception. I had a flat bread… and the bread in the picture above is red because it contains beets. This was made by Juicy Brew, a great little place that sells healthy food. This flat bread was made with the aforementioned beet crust plus goat cheese, onions, mushrooms, peppers, goat cheese, arugula and almonds. It was pretty good although the crust was a tad bit on the sweet side. I thought it was so novel to make a beet crust.
