I believe it is reasonable to assume that convention hall food is required to be bad. Probably for economic reasons… you want to be able to maintain a thriving environment around your convention center. I never ate at the Orange County Convention Center. I was too smart for that and the food did not look very palatable. I did go to the adjacent hotels. This was the Mojo chicken sandwich at Harry’s Poolside at the Rosen Centre. (Note the spelling of Centre, probably done so you can charge a 10% premium.)
