The waitress at where we were staying, upon learning I was from Hawai‘i, decided that I needed to have some marmite so she made me a marmite sandwhich. Marmite, from Sanitarium Foods, which I find hilarious and New Zealanders and Australians do not get it very quickly (ex-pats from other countries do though), on buttered bread with lettuce. I was surprised that this waste product of beer making wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I still think the possum tasted better.
