I think most boys growing up are interested in the machines of construction. Seeing those machines up close, as an adult, is still something. I was amazed, for instance, at how hot fresh asphalt is and how much material this machine could lay down in such a short period of time. For a while I thought it might be fun to drive one of these- until I realized you have to drive it in a straight line.
